Freedom Tire SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your participation in the Freedom Tire SMS review request program operated by Howards Tire Inc (dba Freedom Tire).

Program Description: Freedom Tire sends a one-time SMS message to customers following a service visit, requesting a Google review of their experience. This is a promotional messaging program.

Opt-In: By providing your phone number and consenting through our online opt-in form at freedomtireky.com/contact-8, you agree to receive one (1) SMS message from Freedom Tire per service visit. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency: You will receive a maximum of one (1) text message per service visit. We will never send more than one message per visit.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or call us at (270) 692-1227.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Freedom Tire is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Privacy: Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at freedomtireky.com/privacy-policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties.

Liability: Freedom Tire is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or technical failures beyond our control.
